Terms and Conditions

1. You must be of at least 18 Years old having a valid photo identity proof.

2. As per rules when you register with the company , the company will provide Tutorial cum Trial cd.

3. After receiving your application form for and the registration amount, the trial cd is dispatched within 8 working days.

4. After getting trial CD you have to complete this trial CD with in 10 days (inclusive holidays) & submit the work on the 10th day. The completed work should reach the company within the 24th hour of the submission day.

5. Accuracy should be 90% for the trial CD. If you don’t meet the accuracy for the trial cd, or the submission is late, we will provide you with a new trial cd. The submitted second trial work should have an accuracy of 94% accuracy per page and overall. The second trial work has to be submitted within 8 days after receipt.

6. After you receive the required accuracy for the trial cd, you will be given paid work status and the company will send you the paid work cds within 10 business days. Every week an average of 2.5 Lakh characters are provided. The contents of the paid cds will be under the sole discretion of the management.

7. If you are unable to complete the trial CD on time then you are not eligible for getting Paid Job Work. However a second chance will be provided with no additional fees. If you do not deliver 94% accuracy for the second trial work or if you fail to submit the second trial on time, your assignment with the Company will be terminated and a refund of Rs 2500/- will be given subject to conditions.

8. After submitting the first week’s work you will get next data with in 2 days for the next week and it will continue up to 4 weeks time (i.e., 1 Month) After Completing 1 month's work you will get paid with in 15 working days by means of Account Payee Demand Drafts.

9. Payment terms are strictly according to the accuracy achieved by you.
a. 99.5% You will get Rs.9/- Per 1000 Character (Inclusive Space).
b. Less than 99.5% but more than 98% You will get Rate Rs. 8/- Per 1000 Characters
c. Less than 98% but more than 97% You will get Rs. 7.5/- Per 1000 Characters.
d. Less than 97% but More than 96% You will get Rs. 7/- Per thousand characters.

10. If you are not able to give accuracy level of Minimum 96%(96% overall and 95% per file) you are not liable to get any payment from our side and if you fail to give the required accuracy levels for more than two submissions, the assignment will be terminated and no further work or payments will be made. However a refund of Rs. 1100 (Rupees Thousand One Hundred) can be availed if the termination occurs after the first two paid works.

11. You are taking this data conversion work as on your proficiency. You have to do the typing in for this work. You are not allowed to use any software for this. If found then you will not eligible for payment or further work. No excuses shall be entertained. No refunds shall be given if you use OCR software.

12. The work should be done according to the instructions given by the Company from time to time. The Company can change the instructions given to the client at any time. The new instructions will be given to the client from the next cd onwards.

13. The decision of the management and technical team will be final and binding and no changes shall be made except in special circumstances which is under the sole discretion of the management.

14. No reason shall be entertained whatever the reason if the trial work or paid work is not submitted even after 2 days from submission date. The contract will stand terminated and no refunds shall be made.

15. Sub-Contract of this job work is strictly not permitted. Employing someone to do the work alotted to you can cause the termination of the agreement without any refunds.

16. The management has the complete authority to change the terms and conditions at any point of time and it will be binding on the client unless it contains any unattainable or disagreeable clauses.

17. The company will not pay any taxes. It is the responsibility of the person who takes up the work to pay the taxes.
