Submission

The completed work has to be submitted on or before the submission date. The details on how to submit the work is given below.

After completing all the *.jpeg files, make a new folder with the same name as the one in which the *.jpeg files are found and transfer all your *.doc files to that folder. Now right click the folder and select winzip/Add to zip option to make the zip file. Rename this zip file to your registrationnumber. For example if the image files are in the folder named MTL100, after completing the word files make a new folder by the name MTL100 and transfer all your word documents to the folder. Now zip the folder (MTL100) and give your username to it. If the matter you get is a double sided image file group then there should be exactly twice the number of document files in the submitted work. If the image files are of single page matter the document folder should contain exactly the same number of files.

The zipped files are to be emailed to the company's email address which will be given to you, on or before the submission date. If the submission happens to be late, then for the trial work, a second chance will be given without any further payments. If the submission of a paid work happens to be late, no payments will be given for the work and next work will be couriered. Only two late submissions are allowed in an year. If more than two submissions happen to be late, then the term will be terminated and no refunds will be made. In case of any courier delays from the company's part, that is if the submission time provided is less than 9 days for the trial work or less than 7 days for the paid work, then you should report the matter immediately to the company by email.

No excuses will be entertained if the matter is not reported within one day after receiving the cd. If you fail to report the late receipt of the cd on time, the submission date will remain the one provided with the cd and no extension will be provided thereafter.
