Paid Work

Once you submit the trial work, it is evaluated and checked for accuracy. If you have the required amount of accuracy you will be given paid worker status and further work will be made available to you within 10 days. All work will be send through couriers. The terms and conditions are applicable to paid work as well as trial work. The instructions for doing the work is also applicable to paid work. The accuracy for the paid work should be not less than 96%. The payments according to accuracy levels are given below.

If you achieve accuracy in trial CD, the Company will give a Actual Data to work with in 8 Business Days. i.e. Approx 2.5 Lac Characters in a week. (10 Lac Characters in Month)(Work can be for 2days , 3days or weekly).After submitting first week work you will get next data with in 2 days for next week it will continue up to 4 weeks time (i.e., 1 Month) After Completing 1 month you will get paid with in 15 working days.

Payment Options According to the Accuracy Levels Achieved By You.

(a). 99.5% You will get Rs.9/- Per 1000 Character ( Inclusive Space ).
(b). Less than 99.5% but more than 98% You will get Rate Rs. 8/- Per 1000 Characters
(c). Less than 98% but more than 97% You will get Rs. 7.5/- Per 1000 Characters.
(d). Less than 97% but More than 96% You will get Rs. 7/- Per thousand characters.

If you not able to give accuracy level Minimum 96% you are not liable to get any work & payment from the Company's side.

Disclaimer

You are taking this data conversion work as on your proficiency. You have to do typing in this work. You are not allowed to use any software for this. If found then you will not liable for payment and next work.

Also You have to work as per instructions provided time to time by the company.
Decision Of the Company's technical team is final and binding. No dispute shall be entertained with regards to certification of data or accuracy of data.
No reason shall be entertained in Non Completion of Trial CD and Work Data.
Sub-Contract of this job work is strictly not permitted.
Company has the authority to make changes in the terms and conditions.

Termination Clause

1. If both the first and second paid works submitted doesnt have the required accuracy, your agreement shall be terminated and 40% refund of the registration amount shall be made.

2. If the first paid work achieves the required accuracy and the second and third paid works does not possess the required accuracy, then the agreement shall be terminated without any refund. However, the payments for the first paid work shall be availed. This clause will be extended upto all the paid works submitted by the clients.

3. If any two paid works submitted by the client turns out to be late entries, then the agreement shall be terminated without any refund. In case of any courier delays, the office shall be contacted within 36 hours after the receipt of the cds. Otherwise no extension shall be provided whatever the reasons stated.

4. If the submission is made by couriers, then the agreement shall be terminated without any notice or refund. All submissions should reach us by emails and within the 24th hour of the submission date.
