Follow the specifications below

1: Key in the text exactly as it appears in the image file. No spelling need to be changed. Avoid using Spell check and check the spelling manually.

Important Instructions:-

A. If the image contains data in two columns then insert two columns and type the matter. While doing column data, please make sure that the left column of the image corresponds to the left column of your document file. If it doesn’t, then the work will be rejected and no further work will be provided.

B. If the data in the image file is continuous, i.e., if there are breaks only between paragraphs then please type the data as continuous. No enter shall be given between two sentences in the same paragraph if the data is continuous. If the matter is in the form of poems then it is instructed to use enters when and where needed.

C. If the matter in the document file is going on into the next page (auto flow) and if it appears to be contained in the same page by decreasing the top and bottom margins then the top and bottom margins shall be reduced up to 0.5 inches. Otherwise retain the original margins and use the second page of the document.

D. If the data in the image file is more than two columns, i.e., in newspaper format then simply type IMG. IMG represents image and it is used to indicate that there is an image of some sort in the respective place. All poems in the column work shall be center aligned. Enters must be used at the end of ever line when doing poems. If one line of a poem in the image file goes on to the next line please do not put enters in the first line.

E. If the data in the image file is like a book index, please type the same as a book index. Extra enters or extra tabs are not encouraged and entertained. The use of intends too is not allowed.

F. If the data in the image file is in the form of the contents of a book then type the same as the content of a book. Extra enters, extra tabs, dots etc are not allowed. Intends can be use there.

2: The text or data in the document file should be the same as that of the image file. No changes in any form shall be made until unless instructed to do so.

3: Format the paragraphs as is shown in the image file. You shall use Center and Right alignment if the alignment requires these formats. All other data should be aligned justified.

4: Impart formatting styles like Bold, Italic, Underline, Subscript, Superscript etc when and where needed.

After question mark, exclamation mark and other punctuations please provide a white space (only one space) until further instructions are provided.

5: if a character or word is not legible in the given data, then please type {???} at the place of the illegible character or word. If part of a paragraph is not legible then please type the paragraph till it is legible and then type {Para}. If a whole paragraph is not readable then type “Error Para”. If a whole image file is not readable then type “Error File”.

6: The text in the paragraphs should always be Arial 12 + regular in normal style an aligned justified unless instructions are given otherwise.

7: If the data in the image file consists of flow charts, images, tables, equations or anything that is not normal text then type IMG.

8: Do not alter the left and right margins of the page. If the margin is found altered, then the file and the whole submission will be given a status of invalid submission

Do not type page numbers. But do not forget to type the page heading.

11:The size of the page will always remain A4 (Width: 8.27” Height: 11.69”)

12: Use Microsoft Office 2000/XP Save the file with file names as given in the instruction. (foldername_filename_side) if there are no left and right sides in an image then name the file like foldername_filename.
Give the file name as below
File 01 ( Image File )
Example: - If Folder Name is SBB and in that folder image file name is a100.jpeg and It contains two pages. Then File Name Should be SBB_a100_1.doc (Left Page) & SBB_a100_2.doc (For Right Side)
Make two different doc file as below
Save the Doc file as a
For Left side 001_01_1
For Right side 001_01_2 (foldername_filename_1 or 2)

Insert symbols from the insert>symbol menu as and when needed. While inserting symbols there is no need to stick to the Arial font.

13. If in the image file there is a space on either sides of a hyphen then please insert spaces. Otherwise type the hyphen as it is without spaces at ends.

14. If there are 3 consecutive dots then they should be preceded by the word without any space. A space should be followed after the 3 dots.

15. Heading 1, heading 2 body text or any other format should not be there. Everywhere the normal format should be there. (If Found each line counted as a 1% mistake).

16. If there are blank spaces in the image do not put more than two extra enters. Every extra enter found will reduce your accuracy by 0.5%

17. If in the given image consist only of images, then just type IMAGE FILE and save it as instructed above.

18. Please do not do Spell Check in US English.

19. Please do not put extra spaces and enters.

20. Special Instructions

1. Please Do not Press Extra Tabs / Forget to Press Tabs
2. Please Do not Press Extra Enter / Forget to Press Enter.
3. Please check for extra enters, extra tabs, extra spaces etc by using the paragraph tool which is in the standard tool bar.
4. Please make sure that the finished matter is not done with any other style than Normal. Heading styles like Heading 1, Heading 2, Title etc and paragraph styles like body text, body text index etc should not be there. If found each line will be considered as one percent mistake.
5. Please do not do Spell Check in US English.
6. No intends should be used anywhere in the documents.
7. While doing column work, make sure that you type the left column in the left column of the doc file and the right column in the right. Use breaks whenever needed.
Please Try to Maintain Accuracy 100%.

Terminations Clause: - If we find that you are not giving us accuracy in paid work or if we Found that you are using OCR or any other software. Please make sure that accuracy is not below 96%.for the whole work and 95% for a particular page. If any page is found to have accuracy below 95% the work is bound to be rejected. Two such rejections may lead to termination of the agreement without any refund.

Important Note: - Do not change any file name or Folder Name. Make it as it is and if you are uploading then ZIP all Data as it is and ZIP file should be named as your registration number only. But the folder name and file name should be as it is. While submitting, make a folder with the same name as the one found on your cd and then copy all the document files to that folder. Now zip this folder (not the files) and rename it with your registration number. If the folder is not found on the submission, your work will be rejected and shall not be eligible for accuracy checks.

If found Wrong File name or not found same registrationnumber.zip file. File will not be considered for Checking and shall be given a status “Work Not Received”

No delay will be allowed in any condition and no reason shall be entertained if the submission is made late. Remember that even a one minute delay may cause the work to be rejected. We recommend you to finish and submit the work well before the submission time. If any extension is needed please contact the office between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday and 10 30 am to 3 30 pm on Saturdays. Extension can be availed if and only if

1. The courier reached you late. (There is not even 6 days submission time) Please let us know immediately (With in 36 hours after you receive the courier so that we could trace the courier and provide you with the extension if found delayed.)

2. Reasons like system crash down, no power supply, death of relatives etc will not be considered for extension unless reported 3 days before submission date.

3. Internet service failure will not be considered an excuse for late submission of work. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that all necessary back up is available while doing the work.

4. In case of broken cds, the matter should be reported at the office before 36 hours after receipt. If not the management will not be responsible for the delays that may occur in the shipment of new cds.

Terminations shall occur if

1. Both trial works are found faulty.
2. Paid work has no accuracy. (Two consecutive works)
3. Two late submissions
4. Incorrect file naming or wrong zip file name
5. Non submission of work even after two days after submission (24 hours)
6. If submitted in any other form than emails. (e.g. cd submission, hand delivery etc)
